How to download campaigns, ad groups, ads and keywords

Search Ads

You can download some of the performance data of the campaigns, ad groups, ads, and keywords from the Search Ads campaigns tab.

Status Download

Steps

Click the "Search Ads" tab of the Campaign Management Tool.
Click the "Campaigns" tab.
Click one from "Campaign," "Ad Group," "Ad," and "Keyword" in "Display items" in the center of the screen.
* Depending on which element you select, the information you can download will vary.
Check the "Download data list" table below for details.
Enable the checkbox of the campaigns (ad groups, ads, keywords) you want to download.
* Checkboxes do not need to be enabled when downloading all campaigns (ad groups, ads, keywords).
Click "Download" on the center of the screen and select a download option depending on what you download. See the Download Data List for details.
Download List page will appear. Once the download is complete, click the "Download (CSV)" link that shows up.
* When creating the file, it will be displayed as "Creating (XX%)."

Performance Data Download

Click "Download." From the menu click "Click here for performance data for all XX" (XX is the type of element you have selected) and a screen to create a performance report will appear. Learn more detail on "Create a Performance Report."

You can also select a campaign (ad group, ad, or keyword) and click "Download performance data for selected XX" to download analytics for the selected element.
