How to check the account balance

You can check your account balance on the following pages in the Campaign Management Tool.

  • Search Ads: 
    This account balance isn't the latest. Look for other account balances for the latest value.
    • 	
  • Display Ads: 
    Account balance until the previous day

Tips
    	
  • For domestic accounts, the account balance doesn't include the consumption tax. When you have a promotion code, etc., the account balance includes the amount._You can check the adjusted amount on your "Transactions."
    • 	
  • The available amount for fund transfer may differ from your account balance.

Check on the Accounts view
Steps
    	
  1. For Search Ads, click the "Search Ads" tab of the Campaign Management Tool > "Administration.
    For Display Ads click the "Display Ads" tab of the Campaign Management Tool > "Tools" at the top right > "Accounts" of "Account and access".

  2. Check the "Account Balance" row on the "Accounts List."

    Tips
    The account balance in the "Administration" is not the latest. See the "Campaigns" or "Payments" pages for the latest data.
For Search Ads: From the "Campaigns" page
Steps
    	
  1. From the top bar, click "Search Ads."
    2. 	
  2. Click the account name.
    3. 	
  3. Check the "Account Balance" at the page top.
For_Display Ads: From the "Campaigns" page
Steps
    	
  1. From the top bar, click "Display Ads."
    2. 	
  2. Click the account name.
    3. 	
  3. Check the "Account Balance" at the page top.
    Tips
      	
    • The latest account balance (within a few hours) appears on the "Campaigns" page and the list of campaigns.
      • 	
    • To confirm your payment method and update, click "Payment" next to your account balance.

Steps
    	
  1. For Search Ads, click the "Search Ads" tab of the Campaign Management Tool > "Administration."
    For Display Ads, click the "Display Ads" tab of the Campaign Management Tool > click the select account menu.

  2. Select the account to be checked from the list.
    3. 	
  3. For Search Ads, click the "Account Balance".
    For Display Ads, click the "Tools" at the right top of the Campaign Management Tool > click "Billing and payments" from the tool.
    4. 	
  4. Select the account to be checked from the list.
    5. 	
  5. Check the "Account Balance" on the "Payments" page.

    Tips
    The "Payments" page shows the most recent (within few hours) account balance.
