Customize lists view

You can customize your view in the Campaign Management Tool for Display Ads. You can modify columns, sort data, and show or hide the sidebar menu.

Modify columns

You can select and sort columns on the list of campaigns, ads, etc. Some lists let you add custom metrics that have arbitrary formulas. Learn more

You can use the filters to narrow down the data on the list.

Segment data

You can split the data based on metrics you specify in the list view of campaigns, ad groups, and ads. Click "Segment" and select the columns you want to view in the list. Available metrics vary depending on the level you select.

Change the number of columns on the list

You can change the number of rows to view in the list. From the bottom of the list, click the drop-down menu. You can specify the following number of rows:

  • 25
  • 50
  • 100
  • 200

Sort data

To sort data, click the column name. The order changes from "descending→ascending→clear" each time you click it.

When data is in ascending order, the "↑" icon appears.  The "↓"  icon when data is in descending order.

Change the column width

You can change the column width by moving the mouse over the boundary between the column names. Right-click and drag it to the preferred width. When you double-click on the boundary, the width will reset.

Show or hide the graph

You can show or hide the graph by clicking the arrow icon at the top of the list.

Show or hide the sidebar menu

You can show or hide the sidebar menu by clicking the arrow icon at the bottom of the sidebar menu.

Show data in full-screen view

You can get a full-screen view of the data (no sidebar menu and graph) by clicking the expand icon at the top of the list.

To exist from the full-screen view, click the collapse icon.
