Application Account Passwords

The advertiser is responsible for the administration of application account passwords.
*Admin access or edit access is required to refer or edit application account settings.

Forgot Password

Forgotten application account password cannot be reissued. If you forget password, you will have to delete an application account, and then create new application account again. After set up, the information of newly created application account will be valid.

Change Application Account Password

Please follow the procedure below to change the application account's password:

  1. Click the "Display Ads" tab of the Campaign Management Tool.
  2. Click the [Review] button for the account you want to edit.
  3. Click either [Change Application Account Settings (Status: Active)] or [Change Application Account Settings (Status: Paused)] in the upper right corner of the page.
  4. Select [Change] from [Password Settings] in the "Change Application Account Settings" screen, enter the current and new passwords, and change the password.
  5. Click the [Change Settings] button to save the changes.
Set the password within 6 to 32 half-width alphabets and digits. Please not that it is case sensitive and special symbols cannot be used.
