Viewable Impressions

“Viewable impressions” indicate the number of times your ads appear in the users' visible area.
Clicks that occur after a viewable impression are called “viewable clicks”.
You can use viewable impression-related metrics to analyze whether your ad is "seen but not clicked" or "not seen and not clicked".
 
  • Shown in the visible area refers to more than 50% of the ad is continuously shown for one second or more.
  • Viewable impressions may not be available depending on ad space.
  • Ads that appear in the visible area of internet users more than an hour after delivery are not counted as viewable impressions.
  • Viewable impressions are measured in real time, but there may be a time lag of a few seconds depending on your environment and network conditions. Therefore, if your ad is clicked after it's displayed and before it counts as a viewable impression, it won't count as a viewable click. For these reasons, there may be a difference between viewable clicks and clicks.
