  2. Create tags for site retargeting [Campaign Management Tool]
If you already use site retargeting tag, you can skip this step. To create tags for site retargeting, view the following help page.
Acquire Site Retargeting Tag and Tagging on Site
*The "Tagging on Site" part is unnecessary.
    Note
The Advertising Data Usage Standards define the requirements. You must explain the fact of acquiring data and the objectives for its use to users when using ad products that use a user's visit and activity history information on your website, apps, etc.
Refer to the following for a description of the “Required for Privacy Policy” terms: Matters to be included in the Privacy Policy
  3. Create audience list [Campaign Management Tool]
Set the event type and rule's value of the app to be targeted for the rule of audience list.
Sample case: Rule of audience list when delivering ads to users who installed the app
At the "Event type", you can choose "Install app" and other events. Check the available types on the following link.

    Tips
You can combine different rules such as "Custom label" and event types. By combining different rule types using "AND match," you can filter by additional rules.
Although you can select from all of the different combination rules, you cannot link data by combing "URL" or "Referrer URL" using "AND match."
Sample case: For advertisers who have multiple apps (such as the "camera" app and "calendar" app)
You can create separate audience lists for "camera" and "calendar" apps by setting custom labels to distinguish them. Combine "Custom label" rule using "AND match" for "event type."
