Negative Keyword List

Negative Keyword List provides the feature to create and manage the list which includes multiple negative keywords.

Created Negative Keyword List can be setup to campaigns within a single account.
Up to 20 Negative Keyword Lists are available for a single account. And Up to 5,000 Negative Keywords are added to a single Negative Keyword List.

Click the [Search Ads] tab of the Campaign Management Tool.
Click the allow on the [Tools] tab, and select “Negative Keyword List” from the pulldown menu.
Or click the [Tools] tab, and select “Negative Keyword List” from the “Tool List” page.
List of Negative Keyword List is displayed.

Click the [Add Negative Keyword List] button on the list page.
Enter unique list name on the [Negative Keyword List name] field on the "Create Negative Keyword List" page.
On the field of "Negative Keyword", enter negative keywords with match types (exact, phrase, broad match) to be added. Enter a single negative keyword per line directly, or copy and paste per line.
Tips
Enter or paste 1 Negative Keyword per line. Please separate items with a tab (using [tab] key) or "," (comma). Items will be automatically separated by tab when pasting from Excel sheet.

Click the [Submit] button.

Tips
A single negative keyword list can store up to 5,000 negative keywords, and you can add 100 negative keywords by one operation.

Enable the checkbox of the negative keyword list on the list page of negative keyword lists, then click the [Set to campaigns] button.
On the "Select Items" field, click the [Add] button on the column of campaign to be setup the negative keyword list.
Confirm the campaign appears on the "Selected campaign" field, then click the [Apply] button.

Tips
You can confirm the list of campaigns which setup negative keyword list by clicking the name of negative keyword list on the list page of negative keyword list and clicking the [Campaign list with negative keyword list setup] button.

Enable the checkbox of negative keyword list to be added on the list of negative keyword list, then click the [Delete] button.
Click the [Delete] button on the confirmation page.

Click the name of negative keyword list, which you add negative keywords to, on the list page, then click the [Create Negative Keyword List] button.
Enter negative keywords on the "Create Negative Keyword List" field. Enter a single negative keyword per line directly, or copy and past per line (You can refer the samples on the right of entry field) .

Click the list name of negative keyword list which you delete negative keywords on the list page.
Enable the checkbox of negative keywords to be deleted, and click the [Delete] button.
On the confirmation page, click the [Delete] button.
