Uploading data to the Campaign Management Tool will update your account's campaign data online with the revised data within the Campaign Editor.
There are two ways to upload data as described below.

Note
  • Account data will always consider the last uploaded (sent) content as the most recent data, regardless of whether it was updated on the Campaign Management Tool or on the Campaign Editor. For this reason, if the Account data is updated on the Campaign Management Tool after retrieving the data to the Campaign Editor, those contents updated on the Campaign Management Tool will be overwritten by the data submitted later via the Campaign Editor.
  • Data that contains error will not be sent even if the upload process is performed.

 

Upload edited content for multiple Accounts in bulk

Steps
  1. Click [Upload data] on the Campaign Editor.

  2. Enable the checkboxes of the Accounts to upload to on the 'Upload data' window.

    Tips
    Enable the checkbox of the account to be uploaded, and click the [Download data before change] button to save the data edited on Campaign Editor in CSV format before uploading those data to the Campaign Management Tool. The saved data in CSV will help you to keep backup.
  3. Confirm the Accounts and click the [Upload] button.
  4. Click the [Yes] Button.
Tips
  • You can check the progress of the upload on the 'Upload Status' screen.
  • The update operation will not be carried out for accounts that have no updated content.
  • Selected accounts with no edited or deleted data will display "No Data to Update".

 

Upload edited content of selected one Account only

Select Accounts to upload to from the 'Account Tree', and upload data.

Note
You can select a single account only.
Steps
  1. Go to the 'Account Tree' on the left side of the Campaign Editor screen and right-click to select the Account to synchronize edited content to.
  2. Select [Upload data] from the pulldown menu.

  3. Confirm the selected account, then click the [Upload] button.
  4. Click [Yes] button.
Tips
  • You can check the progress of the upload on the "Upload Status" screen.
  • Selected accounts with no edited or deleted data will display "No Data to Update".
Note
You are able to review whether the added/edited campaign data have been reflected on your account online, after uploading data from Campaign Editor to the Campaign Management Tool, by downloading data.
