Check the phone number is correct. To receive a call again, click "If you did not receive the Yahoo! JAPAN Business ID voice guidance" on "Authentication and password setup."

You can receive another code. Click "If you did not receive the Yahoo! JAPAN Business ID voice guidance" on "Authentication and password setup."
*Topics regarding "SMS code" apply to the advertisers signed up in the Japanese application form.
Code entering issue:
- Entered the wrong voice code (SMS code)
*If you enter the wrong codes multiple times, the code will be invalid. Click the link 'If you did not receive the “Yahoo! JAPAN Business ID voice guidance (or SMS code)' to get a new code. - Voice code (SMS code) become invalid
The authentication must be processed within 30 minutes. If 30 minutes have passed, get a new code by clicking the link [If you did not receive the "Yahoo! JAPAN Business ID voice guidance"] or [If you don't receive a short message "Yahoo! JAPAN Business ID SMS code"].
SMS authentication issue: not receiving SMS code
- The signal/reception is not good
SMS uses networks provided by mobile companies. Check the network you are using. - Using Wi-Fi
When you are using Wi-Fi (Wireless LAN), you may not be able to receive SMS messages. Check the Wi-Fi setting. - Blocking incoming SMS
The service to block unsolicited messages provided by mobile companies may be the cause. Check the settings. - The contracted plan / your device does not allow SMS
Depending on the contracted plan or the device (especially the feature phone), SMS
may not be used. Use voice guidance authentication instead. - Signing up outside of Japan
SMS codes can't be sent overseas. Use voice guidance authentication instead.
