About your transactions
*Display Ads (Guaranteed) are currently available in Japanese to specific advertisers who have contracts.
You can download transactions (deposit, refund, credit card statements) for all accounts in your company. The downloaded file (CSV) has the following columns.

Deposit/Refund

| Date (Transaction Date) | - | The date you made a transaction (deposit and refund) appears. |
| Transaction number (Transaction ID) | - | This number identifies your payment. |
| Payment date (Paid Date) | - | The date the money went into your account balance appears. |

| Credit card | "Credit card" appears for automatic or manual payments (*1) made using your credit card. | |
| Deposited amount (Charge Amount)*2 | - | The actual amount that went into your account balance appears. |
| Type (Service Type) | Search Ads | For the payment for Search Ads service, this column shows "Search Ads". |
| Display Ads | For the payment for Display Ads service, this column shows "Display Ads". | |
| Account ID-deposited (Account ID for Charge) | - | The ID of the account you made your payment to appears. |
| Refund number | - | This number identifies your refund. For a credit card refund, you will find this number on your credit card statement. |
| Refund date | - | For a wire transfer refund, the date your bank account received a refund appears. (This may not apply to international wire transfers.) For a credit card refund, the date varies depending on the credit card company. |

| Completed | We completed the refund process. Check it on your transactions. | |
| Refund method*3 | Wire transfer | The refund will be made to your refund bank account registered on Yahoo! Business Manager. |
| Credit card | The refund will be made to the credit card which was charged on the latest payment case. | |

- Wire Transfer: The amount you transferred
- Credit card: The amount appeared as "Deposited amount" on the Billing and payments page
