How to Check the Account Balance

The account balance can be checked from the following 3 sections of the Campaign Management Tool.

Check from "Accounts List" in the [Administration] tab
Check "Account Overview" in [Campaigns] tab
Check from "Payment" within the [Account Balance] tab

"Accounts List" in [Administration] tab Search Ads:
Some of data items will be updated in late. Please see the latest information on [Campaigns] tab or on [Account Balance] tab, since some of data items on [Administration] tab will be updated in late.
Display Ads (YDN) :
Account Balance at the end of previous day
"Account Overview" in [Campaigns] tab Displays the most recent account balance (from the past few hours).
"Payment" in
[Account Balance] tab
Displays the most recent account balance (from the past few hours).
Tips
  • Your account balance on the Campaign Management Tool will show the amount which the estimated consumption tax is deducted from the charged amount and an amount of special adjustment and refund are added to. The estimated consumption tax is deducted from the charged amount in the account balance displayed in the Campaign Management Tool. The amount of consumption tax will be calculated and updated depending on the monthly cost on month-end. The details is found on the “Monthly Billing Statement” and “Billing Transaction Detail” in [Report] tab.
    * Special adjustment will be provided in some cases of advertisers award or benefit. When you receive such special adjustment on your account, it will be seen on the item ‘Special Adjustment’ of Billing Transaction Detail.
  • The available amount for fund transfer may not equal to the full amount on your account balance.

  • The estimated consumption tax is taken in advance as consumption tax of the click charges received for domestic advertisers. Estimated consumption tax is refundable if not used.

You can check Account Balance with any of the following procedures.

Check from "Accounts List" in the [Administration] tab

Steps
  1. Click the [Search Ads] tab / for YDN: "Display Ads" tab of the Campaign Management Tool.
  2. Click the [Administration] tab.
  3. Check the "Account Balance" row on the "Accounts List".

    Tips
    Please check the most recent account balance on the [Campaigns or Search Ads] or the [Account Balance] tabs, since the data update on the [Administration] tab will be little late.

 

Check "Account Overview" in [Campaigns] tab

Steps
  1. Click the [Search Ads] tab / for YDN: "Display Ads" tab of the Campaign Management Tool.
  2. Click the Account name to check on the Account List.

  3. Check the "Account Balance" of "Account Overview" at the page top.

    Tips
    The latest information (updated within some hours) of Account Balance will appear on the [Campaigns] tab.
    If you click the "Payment" link besides the "Account Balance" field, it goes to [Payment] tab and allows you to confirm/edit payment settings. You are able to pay for your account as deposit.

Check from "Payment" within the [Account Balance] tab

Steps
  1. Click the [Search Ads] tab / for YDN: "Display Ads" tab of the Campaign Management Tool.
  2. Click the Account name to be checked on the Account List.

  3. Click the "Account Balance" tab.

  4. Check the "Account Balance" from the "Payment" screen.

    Tips
    * The [Account Balance] tab displays the most recent data (from the past few hours).
