Check and update Page Feed

The steps below describe how to check and update the Page URL you registered as Page Feed.

Check Page Feed settings on the Campaign Management Tool

Steps
  1. Click the [Search Ads] tab of the Campaign Management Tool.
  2. Click the account name in the ‘Account List’.
  3. Click the arrow (▼) on the “Tools” tab, then click “Page Feed” in the pull-down menu.
    Or, click the “Tools” tab, then click “Page Feed” in the "Tools" screen.
  4. Click the name of the Page Feed to check the settings.
  5. A list of Page URLs will be displayed.

    1. Page URL
      The page that appears when the user clicks Dynamic Ads for Search is displayed. 
    2. Custom label
      The custom label (grouping information to assign Page URLs to specified groups) you set is displayed.
    3. Editorial Status
      You can check the approval status of each Page URL.
    4. Page Feed item ID
      A unique ID provided for each Page URL is displayed.

Steps
  1. Click the [Search Ads] tab of the Campaign Management Tool.
  2. Click the account name in the ‘Account List’.
  3. Click the arrow (▼) on the “Tools” tab, then click “Page Feed” in the pull-down menu.
    Or, click the “Tools” tab, then click “Page Feed” in the "Tools" screen.
  4. Click [Page Feeds] in the same row with the Page Feed name to be checked, then select ‘Download’ from the pull-down menu.
  5. The ‘Downloaded list’ is displayed and start downloading.
  6. Click "Download (CSV)" in the Download field and check downloaded file.

How to update a Page Feed

Note
  • All URLs will be changed by updating the Page Feed. Create a file including all URLs (not differences only) and upload it. We recommend that you use the downloaded CSV file to edit the page feed.

  • You can’t add Page URLs with different domains in one Page Feed. To add multiple domains as Page Feed, create a Page Feed for each domain.
  • You can’t set tracking parameters for a Page URL. Check help topic below for tracking parameters.

  • The added Page URL will be reviewed. It may take about 3 business days for the editorial review. You can check the approval status in ‘Page Feed’ list in the [Tools] tab of the Campaign Management Tool.
    Editorial review may take more time than usual (3 business days) when a large number of Page URLs are added in an account.
Tips
  • When you update the page feed, the 'Update Action' column on the uploading file can be left empty.
  • The data updated will be reviewed.
  • During the review, Dynamic Ads for Search containing information before the update will be delivered.
  • You can start delivering Page URLs whose editorial review has completed as the review will be performed for each URL.

Steps
  1. Click the [Search Ads] tab of the Campaign Management Tool.
  2. Click the account name in the ‘Account List’.
  3. Click the arrow (▼) on the “Tools” tab, then click “Page Feed” in the pull-down menu.
    Or, click the “Tools” tab, then click “Page Feed” in the "Tools" screen.
  4. Click [Page Feeds] in the same row with the page feed name to be checked, then select ‘Upload’ from the pull-down menu.
  5. ‘Upload Page Feed’ will appear. Check ‘Page Feed name’ is correct. Also check ‘Upload type’ is ‘Add / Replace’.
  6. Click the [Reference] button in ‘Select a file’.
  7. Click the [Upload] button.
  8. The uploaded list will appear. Check that the Page Feed has been successfully uploaded.
    Tips
    • Once the upload has completed, ‘Completed’ will be displayed in the ‘Upload Status’.
    • If the upload failed due to false Page URL, ‘Please confirm CSV file of error list.’ will be displayed in the ‘Upload Status.’ Click ‘Download (CSV)’ in the ‘Errors’ to check.
