Q:How can I add Tool admin (a user with Tool administrator permission)?

A:Add the user with tool administrator permission from Yahoo! Business Manager.

A:Add the user with tool administrator permission from Yahoo! Business Manager.

Q:Can I give a specific Yahoo! JAPAN Business ID permissions (admin, edit, or read-only) to an individual account?

A:Invite to the account and give account access.
For Tool admin (user with Tool administrator permission), the permissions given to individual accounts will have priority.

Example
When user A with tool management rights is invited to account X with "User (Read only)" and accepts
→Access level of the account has the priority. User A has “User (Read only)” to account X.

Q:Can multiple account access be given at once to a single Yahoo! JAPAN Business ID?

A:Only a single account can be given to a Yahoo! JAPAN business ID. You will need to invite multiple times to give access to multiple accounts.

Q:Can the same access be given to multiple Yahoo! JAPAN Business ID at once?

A:You can’t give access to multiple Yahoo! JAPAN Business ID at once. You will need to invite multiple times to give access to multiple Yahoo! JAPAN Business ID.

Q:How can I check the Yahoo! JAPAN Business ID of the user?

A:Yahoo! JAPAN Business ID added by a company (agency) can be checked from Yahoo! Business Manager (Tool admin only).
A user with Tool administrator permission (Tool admin) can review the Yahoo! JAPAN business ID added by a company (agency) from the Yahoo! Business Manager Employee list view. You can also go to the view from the Invite view. See the steps in “Invite other users to your account
To invite other users with other company's (other agencies) Yahoo! JAPAN business IDs, ask the user for their Yahoo! JAPAN business ID.

Change user role

A:Yes you can change the access.

A:Yes you can remove the access.

Q:Our contact has retired. How can the access of the retired contact be removed?

A:Change the settings on Yahoo! Business Manager.
To remove all access of Yahoo! JAPAN Business ID when the contact retires, change the settings on Yahoo! JAPAN Business manager. Follow the steps on "Delete all access no longer needed" in the "Change the Primary Contact."
