How to check, change or remove access of invited users

This page describes checking,  changing or removing the access of users (invited user) who clicked “Accept.”

Note

A user who has Admin access can change or remove access.

Check access of invited users

Steps (for using the previous Campaign Management Tool)
  1. Click “Roles” on the Campaign management tool.
  2. Select a service (Display Ads or Search Ads), then select an account.
  3. Check the user name and his/her role at "Invited users" column.
Steps (for using the new ad management tool)
  1. In the upper right corner of the new platform, click the Tools icon.
  2. Click “Roles” on “Tools”.
  3. Check the user name and his/her role at "Invited users" column.

Change access of invited users

Steps (for using the previous Campaign Management Tool)
  1. Click “Roles” on the top bar of the Campaign management tool.
  2. Select a service (Display Ads or Search Ads), then select an account.
  3. At the “Invited users” field, mouse over the user to change the access level. Click the pencil icon in “Access level.”
  4. Select a new access level.

  5. Click “Apply.”
    The access level is updated.
Steps (for using the new ad management tool)
  1. In the upper right corner of the new platform, click the Tools icon.
  2. Click “Roles” on “Tools”.
  3. At the “Invited users” field, mouse over the user to change the access level. Click the pencil icon in “Access level.”

    Tips
    To change the account to be edited, click “Go to "Account access (select/view)"” at the right top.
    The account for which the signed-in Yahoo! JAPAN Business ID has admin access is displayed on the view. Select a service (Display Ads or Search Ads), then select an account to invite users.
    Click “View accounts for each Yahoo! JAPAN business ID” on the upper right to show the list of Yahoo! JAPAN Business IDs and accessible accounts. Note that the display is only for the company to which you belong, and accounts belonging to other companies are not displayed.
  4. Select a new access level.

  5. Click “Apply.”
    The access level is updated.

Remove access of invited users

Steps (for using the previous Campaign Management Tool)
  1. Click “Roles” on the top bar of the Campaign management tool.
  2. Select a service (Display Ads or Search Ads), then select an account.
  3. At the “Invited users” field, click the “Remove access” on the right side of the user.
  4. Confirm the Yahoo! JAPAN business ID, user name, and company name. Then click “Remove.”
    The access is removed.
Steps (for using the new ad management tool)
  1. In the upper right corner of the new platform, click the Tools icon.
  2. Click “Roles” on “Tools”.
  3. At the “Invited users” field, click the “Remove access” on the right side of the user.
    Tips
